Foundation Scotland grants for organisations working with refugees and asylum seekers

Grants are available through the New Beginnings Fund for local frontline groups working to welcome refugees and asylum seekers into their local communities, through existing or new services.

Foundation Scotland seeks to support those organisations that offer guidance, counselling, community integration and welcoming activities to vulnerable refugees and asylum seekers and can demonstrate there has been an increase in the demand for their services.

The fund will not support activities which

  • promote party political activity
  • major capital costs
  • individuals sponsorship
  • activities generating private profit
  • statutory services

Deadline

Completed applications should be returned by 29th March
